Congratulations to Yvet DeGracia (Middle) for achieving the Douglas Manor Employee of the Month for August. She has been a CNA for 28 years and has received numerous praises of a job well done by her co-workers, supervisors, and our residents and family members. She is truly an asset to Ryders and takes great pride in her job. She always has a smiling face and offers to help her co-workers whenever it is needed.
